An order must be paid before 11:00 p.m. (EST) for the day the order was placed to qualify as a “one business day”. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and express orders may take up to 1 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

What to Expect

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email or a text message to confirm your order details and answer any questions you may have.

We will then provide the tracking information via email address or text message as soon as your order has been shipped.

Lastly, you can expect a follow-up text to make sure we have met your expectations.

What happen if I don't like the product

If you are unhappy with a product we can not offer a return and/or exchange on, we suggest you that if you are a new customer place a small order to find out if our products are right for you.

Can I place an order over the phone or are you internet only?

No. For the moment we don’t take orders over the phone but many of our costumers find the checkout process simple and easy to use.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Although you can check out as a guest and not set up an account, we highly recommend that you do. The benefits of creating an account are:
Access to previous orders.
Obtain tracking information on shipments.
Receive coupons and save on your next purchases.

What forms of payment are accepted on smokingblendoils.com?

At this moment, we accept Direct Bank Transfer and Money Orders. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact customer service at 800-390-7201 to make arrangements for your order (only text message)

Does SmokingBlendOils.com keep my information private and secure?

Yes, the SmokingBlendOils.com store is secure and all information is stored remotely on our secure servers. The site utilizes security monitoring and 128-bit encryption of all critical data. Only encrypted credit card information is saved (no credit card numbers or other sensitive data).

Why do you want my telephone number?

We only use your number if we need to contact you regarding your order (i.e. If we’re out of stock, payment instructions, tracking information or any other information regarding your order etc.)

What Happened to my order?

When your order ships, we will send you by the end of the day a tracking number to your email address or your phone number on file. Please note: If you do not receive a response from Smoking Blend Oils within a reasonable amount of time, our email may be blocked by your spam filters or be within your bulk email/trash folder…

If I place my order today, when should I expect my delivery?

The speed of the delivery depends on how the order was shipped and the destination to where it was shipped. Smokingblendoils.com processes most orders within 1 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). If you have selected a Ground/Standard/ Shipping method, your delivery time is 3-7 business days once it has been picked up by the carrier.

Also, keep in mind that your tracking number may not show movement within the system until later at night when the delivery carrier scans at their sorting facility.

What do I do if I have not received my order yet?

If you feel that you should have received your order by now, and your tracking number is showing as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. If you did not receive an email a day or two after paying for your order, please email us!

 

What happens if the product I purchased is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, smokingblendoils.com will notify you within 24 hours of processing your order. If your order includes multiple products and one (or more) of the products are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the product (s) not in stock. In many cases, we have “like products,” which are very similar products, but don’t worry we will let you know of these options.

I am missing products from my order. Help!

If you believe that you are missing products from your order, please contact us immediately. Any reshipments of products will be processed using the same shipping method as the original order.
Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery of package.

I received the wrong product. Help!

Make sure you have checked the original email order confirmation to verify the products that you had purchased. After confirming all of the information, if you believe the wrong product was still shipped, please contact customer service immediately.
