Smoking Blend Oils Shipping and Returns Policy Effective on 2/25/2021
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes. However, expedited shipping is not available to a P.O. Box unless you’re a returning customer. Please make sure that your information is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and express orders may take up to 1 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is received and verified, standard and express orders can still take ONE business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
Please Keep in Mind the Following:
An order must be paid before 11:00 p.m. (EST) for the day the order was placed to qualify as a “one business day”.
Placing an order does not guarantee shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders depending on availability.
When your order ships, we immediately send a tracking number to your email. Please note: If you do not receive a response from Smoking Blend Oils within a reasonable amount of time, our email may be blocked by your spam filters or be within your bulk email/trash folder
Also, remember that your tracking number may not show movement within the system until later at night when the delivery carrier scans at their sorting facility.
When Will Be Smoking Blend Oils Closed
Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

SmokingBlendOils.com offers FREE STANDARD 3-7 BUSSINESS DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $99 and over. Orders $99 and over always ship for free (no promotion code needed). For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge of $9.99 for Standard 3-7 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING. Our Standard shipping option is Standard 3-7 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPNG.
Guaranteed Delivery Date
We cannot issue credits or refunds for orders not delivered on specific dates. Because delivery times for orders shipped by ground delivery methods vary from state to state, no guarantees regarding delivery dates can be made. If you absolutely need your products on a certain day, please let us know and we will do our best to advise you regarding the most appropriate delivery option.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from smokingblendoils.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. If your package has a signature required or the mailman for any reason is unavailable to leave the package at your specific address, we will not be held responsible for the original shipping charges nor the reshipment fee of your package. We will only reship your package once we have received your package back and you have paid the reshipment fee. No exception!

Delivery Confirmation Disclaimer
Delivery Confirmation: provides online tracking of your package, showing a final scan when the package is delivered to your specified delivery address. The final scan is proof of delivery.
Signature Confirmation: provides online tracking of your package. This method of shipping requires that someone must be available at the specified delivery address to sign for the package. The carrier retains the signature obtained at the time of delivery as proof of delivery.
SHIPPING TIME DISCLAIMER
Provided shipping times are estimates only, and may be impacted by time of year, the volume of orders, natural disasters, severe weather, or other unexpected service delays. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Under standard shipping, most orders will usually be shipped within approximately 1 business days*, and time in transit is often 3 to 7 business days. If you select one of the expedited shipping methods, your order will be delivered within the following parameters.
1 – 2 Business Days: Express (Estimate but not Guaranteed)
Note: overnight shipping is not available.
If your order cannot be shipped for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Notification of canceled orders will arrive to the customer email on file, or by a text message to your phone if an email address is unavailable.
The risk of loss for all products purchased by you and shipped by Smoking Blend Oils pass to you upon Smoking Blend Oils’ delivery to the carrier for delivery by the carrier to your specified delivery address. Notwithstanding the agreement that risk of loss for any package passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, to accommodate our customers, Smoking Blend Oils will assume responsibility for any damage or loss in transit to your delivery address; you must contact us within 15 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used) Smoking Blend Oils’ assumption of responsibility for damage or loss in transit terminates if a claim is not timely received by Smoking Blend Oils. In any event, Smoking Blend Oils’ assumption of responsibility for damage or loss in transit terminates if a claim is not timely received by Smoking Blend Oils. In any event, Smoking Blend Oils responsibility is limited to either replacement of the product or at Smoking Blend Oils sole option, the return of the purchase price and shipping charges. Once the package is delivered to your specified delivery address, Smoking Blend Oils’ assumption of damage or loss responsibility terminates. If your order requires signature confirmation, any order signed for at your specified delivery address is conclusively deemed delivered. If your order requires delivery confirmation, a final scan reflecting delivery to your designated delivery location conclusively establishes such delivery.
Smoking Blend Oils does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out Of Stock Products
If your order includes multiple products and one (or more) of the products are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the product(s) not in stock
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Smoking Blend Oils reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Smoking Blend Oils reserves the right to define and limit solely, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history involving opened, tested, tampered, altered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Smoking Blend Oils reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
We will not accept a return and/or exchange for an item if you have opened the item, tested the item, tampered with the item, etc. This includes items that have been tested and “cleaned”. If we find that the item received is not in new, unused, undamaged, resellable, and in brand new condition, we will notify you and will ship/return the item back to you at your shipping expense only meaning only if you pay the return shipping will the item be returned. Items received that are not in new, unused, undamaged, resellable, and in brand new condition in which the customer refuses to pay for the return shipping within 30 (thirty) days of us receiving it will be considered abandoned and discarded.
If you are unhappy with a product we can not offer a return and/or exchange on, we suggest you that if you are a new customer place a small order to find out if our products are right for you. And while we cannot accept exchanges or returns on these products, we always appreciate your feedback. Your feedback is important to us, as it gives us a better insight on what to offer, what to bring in, or what to stop offering.
